Not So Sublime Insults

How about we start considering players who call others 'Bronze' or 'Wood,' in a derisive manner, as insults? We consider calling other people Thick, Noobs, and other such things to be insulting, depending on the context... so...

These terms have shifted from any indication of Rank on these boards, to being synonymous with Stupid or bad at the game.

It would, of course, depend on context... but if someone is going around answering every complaint by claiming the poster is 'just bronze,' and other such nonsense... we ALL know they are simply being insulting.

Hi, I would like to chime in to inform you that Rank Shaming IS against the rules here. In fact, we see it often, and it's a punishable offense that is taken seriously. So the best case is to report any cases of Rank Shaming you see using the Boards report tool and we'll probably see it and deal with it promptly!

Well. Well alrighty then. Haven't read the forum rules since the old boards admittedly. Good to know then. I will... ahhh... I'll be off. Thank you.
