so how many people here look at topics that discuss this and only laugh, not giving a fuck what the person says.

no ones gonna listen to the context excuse, your reports are reviewed in a vacuum and only concern what you did, if you dont have logs or just incomplete logs your most likely lying about what you did again leading to people not caring, if your logs have clear flame from riots standpoint your own opinion on its validity doesnt matter much. very few posts about bans are about legitimate false bans and ones that are or possibly are usually do get upvotes like the challenger player awhile back that got banned and had a lot of upvotes on their post about it, only to be outted in the comments by a rioter for wintrading

I always just try and make the situation a little bit better. Having been permabanned before: You're in this weird state of not wanting to play/being angry/wanting to jump back in and prove you're better. Some people won't admit that, but that's how most perma'd players feel.

Obviously hate speech is a no-go, but League is a stressful game and some more competitive people are just impulsive and quick to lash out. There's no excuse for it, just explaining the reasoning behind it. It always helps to lend a helping hand to someone who's already down.

Logs or GTFO, as they say.

9 out of 10 are just trash and good riddance to them.

the remaining 1 is also trash but takes a little coercion to post those self-incriminating logs.

Extremely rarely someone was actually unjustly punished or understands what they did wrong, i can think of three times offhand.

The ones where they start out argumentative and insisting that their behavior was fine and Riot's rules are wrong, sure. But a small percentage of banned player threads are actually refreshingly self-reflective and thoughtful. Either way, though, those threads are dead ends where no one changes their mind or learns much. It seems like kind of a superfluous board.

judging by the downvotes this topic (and this comment) have, it seems that no one really does give a fuck about what the person says when they got banned and permaed.
