I reported a comment on the LoL Boards that is derogatory, threatening, and offensive as "Other" because it fit multiple categories. How will I know if my report has been reviewed? Also, things can be reported more than once by the same Summoner, does Riot know this?
There's no player-facing indication that a report has been reviewed yet, but they will try to get to it as soon as they can. Some times of day may be slower because NA is sleeping, or there might just be many reports to go through, but they will get to it.
If your report is time sensitive and severe, or you just think you should provide some additional context to the mods, you should reach out to them directly at the Moderation Discord.
Edit: Since you added on the part about multiple reports, I can't go into much detail about how it works, but refreshing the page and reporting a post again won't interfere with the process or inconvenience the mods any.
Not a mod...but usually, how these forums/boards typically work (as in "general" not "specifically these ones") is that you won't get a note, but an action will either be taken, or not taken.
Typically, if action is taken, it's immediately obvious by removal of the post, thread, etc...if its a technical issue with the boards, they usually say "ok, we're gonna work on it!" and then go wake up their tech guy (in this case...Wuks?)
