You should only be allowed to downvote after posting

Please at least remove the downvote button from the front page where you don't even have to look at the content!

(also I have a bunch of other opinions on downvotes but due to how the system works, if I lump them all together someone might disagree with even only one point and that'll stop them from upvoting or cause them to downvote [warning this is possible and does not represent my opinion in any way]. I'll include them some other time :))
