Hello, I managed to find something in the Universal Rules:
Access to the Boards is a privilege, not a right. While certain language and images may not offend you, be mindful of others who may have a different reaction. Moderators will evaluate all posts based on the Universal Rules and unique sub-board guidelines, and punishment will be at their discretion. Disciplinary action for Boards behavior may extend to in-game accounts where required. Rules subject to change.

Generally, the offending comment/post is deleted, and you get a warning.
If it's extreme enough, or you ignore warnings, you can get banned from the boards. Not sure what the intermediate punishments are here. XD
Most of the time we remove the content and warn that continuing to violate the rules may result in a boards suspension. This varies depending on the situation, such as if you are using hate speech against another user we may immediately issue a 7 day suspension, or if it was just something on the wrong board we'll direct you to the correct one. If you're looking for an escalation tier, it's usually 1 > 3 > 7 > Permanent ban; we will look at the context of the situation and the user's posting and punishment history to decide if escalation is necessary, so explaining what punishments are available doesn't really give much information.
