Account is bugged?

So on my main account, when I go into picks and bans it takes forever to load so by the time it finishes loading I have like 22 seconds to ban a champ. Than when I go to ban a champ sometimes it'll say "an error has occurred, try again" and it'll kick me from the lobby and I'll get a leaver buster. Then it'll lag trying to pick my champion for my lane, so by the time it locks in I have less than 5 seconds.

When I play on my second account, it loads my picks and bans super quickly and it won't lag at all. :/ I tried doing a full repair from the in-game client and it still doesn't help. Thoughts on what I could do?
