Heaven knows Red Tracker has been difficult to navigate at times due to a flooding of Help & Support posts that generally don't relate to your daily League of Legends interests. Here's a quick one-off post that really doesn't need much context:
Beginning now (like rn), Red Tracker won't be applied to the greater majority of Help & Support posts. Just thought you'd like to know. Feedback welcome, as always.

DarkRitual1 votesYou can do a blank search, then select that board and check the Riot post box. It's more work, but I think it's a good price to pay for the red tracker being less clogged up with those types of posts.

Mysticman892 votesOne thing I've noticed as side effect of this, is normally all the threads in the first page of the red tracker will show the red response as well as the full thing they're replying to for context, while with the red filter it only shows what they're replying to if the red post would have been on the original first page of the red tracker.
It's still strictly an improvement over the unfiltered version of course (as if they're off the first page I'd have to go into the thread regardless), but if the magic that filters them could make what they're replying to also show up when they're repopulating the list with non-H&S red posts that'd be grand.
(Also, is the magic constantly being tweaked for performance reasons or something? It seems like the magic filtering post is remade basically every other day, with associated unfiltered time.)
ModWuks2 votesI looked into a few of the critiques that you mentioned, and I did some quick debugging. What I found is that even without the Red Tracker Filter, quotes on pages 2 and onwards weren't appearing. I've added some additional rules on the Red Tracker Filter, and those quotes should now be appearing.
The filter is continuously posted in order to have the filter rendered on page 1, as the filter is only enabled once it's rendered via the corresponding post within Red Tracker. However, depending on the scope of the change, the filter can be modified as appropriate. We'll look into how we can minimize Red Tracker Filter downtime.

atm there is 3 post but, sometimes, it can go to 80% of the first/front page (the one where the parent post isn't bugged) being player behavior stuff

That also explains the effect I've been noticing when I open the red tracker currently. It loads up all the red posts (including H&S ones), so for half a second I can see some topics (that are H&S ones), and then the list updates and only shows me the rest. Wasn't sure quite what was going on before I saw this... (which incidentally, I only saw because porocles posted here).

But...
If I have a spare hour to kill and for once I want to see the posts from Help & Support, is there a way to temporarily remove the filter on my side?
(I don't want to sound whiny, if there is no way to do that, well, no problem, the filter is still very useful, and most of the time I just want to keep up with the news and I don't have a spare hour to kill. I'm asking just in case ;) )
EDIT: Btw, gj adding the notification at the top of the Tracker, that's how I finally end up on this 12-day-old post just today.
ModWuks1 votesI did add something for us to debug and track the filter, but you're more than free to use it in the meantime. At some point, if I gather some more suggestions on Red Tracker, I'll add more visible and intuitive functions to the Red Tracker such as category filtering options.

I never did see it, unfortunately. As I recall, I figured it out on my own, but I think at the time my ping was too poor to where the PBE servers were and I don't think I ended up using the account.

Leonerdo1 votesI have to agree that it's still a little meh. It's like a ghostly bluish-gray. I think the biggest issue is the text color. I'm so used to the orange tint of the text contrasting with the blue background. Being monochrome isn't necessarily bad, but compared to the normal boards it just looks like the life has been drained from it.

patmax171 votesIs the filter a bit bugged? Whe I open red tracker it sometimes doesn't filter away the H&S posts, unless i click "show more" a few times. Does it trigger only if there are a minimum number of H&S posts in the tracker?
It happens to me mostly on mobile (i'm from a PC now and it's not happening, can't remember if I had this problem only from mobile)
