Has anyone else noticed that even with FOUR consecutive nerfs (Nerf to 
, a huge AP ratio nerf to Q, range reduction on heal/ult, and the removal of her scaling MR) 
still boasts one of the top spots for winrate in soloqueue (and has for a long time).
I realize that Riot is looking into nerfing her again, but I hope they find out where she needs it most. I'm thinking it is the .4 AP ratio on her Righteous Fury (that is pretty much a proc on every single attack in an aoe).
Actually the biggest problem right now isn't the lich bane proc that she gets. In my personal opinion it is the righteous fury ap ratio plus the fact that she can now use runanns and it applies the stacks. The thing i don't get is that the runanns is only supposed to apply to ranged projectile champions except that Kayle s are not projectiles they are on hit. Which makes her e greatly overpowering to any team fight. They need to make it so runanns doesn't apply the stacks and maybe consider re adjusting her over all damage and kit. I speak from experience as soon as she gets one kill she snowballs out of control.
