4th of July, Holiday Skins and Skin Themes

First of all, Happy 4th of July all! If that doesn't mean much to you, then I wish you a happy 4th anyway, always good to have a good day on Friday right? :)

Anyway, I am wondering about the current Skin Pipeline and non-major Holidays like 4th of July, Cinco de Mayo and others. These holidays are regionally specific in influence and have a set 'deadline' where a pertinent skin would have to b released. Overall, there's a lot going against the current skin pace for Holiday skins to seem like a worthwhile effort.

So my question is this: are there plans to ever release Independence day and other non-major Holiday skins in the future? I mean, Ziggs is going to get a fireworks skin sometime, that's just a given, but would making it an Independence Day theme instead of something more generic like "Showtime Ziggs" or just "Fireworks Ziggs" be an unlikely scenario what with the increasingly global audience at all?
