Evelynn is losing the AP ratio on her Q? What?

Edit - okay, this was in response to the PBE changes I saw over at RoG... before they were laster updated, they had her AP ratios listed as 0. Now they seem to scale per level.

Really riot? No AP ratio on her Q anymore? Yes it deals magic damage, but you can't build AP on her anymore because her ult alone isn't worth it and her E needs her building AD in addition to her Q now.

I really don't know how to respond to this upcoming change. I think it's kind of clear she needs a rework again because she's gone from a champ that used to build AP to one that kind of has to build AD now. It's just weird to see what she has to build slowly go 180 from what it used to be. She used to be an AP champ. Now she has to be an AD champ.

She's gone from mage/assassin (your definition) to melee ADC or physical bruiser depending on the build? This is just... I don't even... what?

It's clear that her last rework didn't do anything because you have to keep nerfing her as her passive is just wonky and people won't buy enough pinks it seems. I think you guys need to have a meeting and get a better idea about what you want Evelynn to be. Considering she's on the list for a VU, maybe you all should talk about a full on rework of her.

All I'm going to say is if you want her to be a DPS tanky bruiser, at least keep the dominatrix look; it fits what you want of her.

Just to provide a small bit of context, Evelynn, before she was nerfed into "eve-tier" for a good year or so, was played most effectively when she stacked AD, as she had a massive AS steroid and a 2s stun you couldn't escape from as a squishy champion, even with oracle.

She's always been an assassin, but her AP build has never really be that consistent in terms of effectiveness when compared to some AD builds. I'm also a bit confused at the context of this thread. She got an early game nerf, but her damage, if she goes AP, gets stronger after 300 AP in the late game. Am I missing something?

omg i know its to brutal when i saw this i change i couldnt stand around and let riot do that theyve nerfed her to much this time and taking away her early game base damage and her ap ratio is going to be to hard on her jungle clear its not even her fault she too good because riot changed to vision system not because her q does SO MUCH DAMAGE their words not mine personally i think they should keep early 40 base damage and increase x15 per rank q riot please she doesnt deserve a nerf like this

this would basically be riot saying they failed if they reworked her again which will not happen.

Now here is what will happen they will keep on nerfing her until she gets back to if you pick eve we report you for trolling and get banned for it phase; at which point riot will try to sweep her corpse under the rug. Afterwards if someone calls them on it they will say "We at riot games have other reworks and projects that take priority over eve, we understand this champion is important to some of our players and we will take a look at her when we have time in a year or two"

How do i know this? because riot has already done it once and they know the majority of the player base will insult and belittle eve players because again that is what happened last time.

So in short start practicing lee sin because riot has already stated he is too popular to nerf so you will not have to worry about nerfs, just the occasional buff or direct nerfs to your jungling competition until your champ is #1 jungler again.
