He spins rainbows and has a Poptard cuirass, and when he ults someone and kills the target there would either be a black box saying 'Deleted' or a white box saying '404- not found' and the shockwave would have a lot of pixels ^^

NO. Imgur Garen. His R should be a giant "Down Vote" and he says "No Front Page for you!". His spin should have him spinning around with a Kitten (the kitten replaces his sword for this). His Q would be the same, but when he uses it, there's a small "Up Vote" icon that briefly appears on his sword, and goes away when his movement boost runs out. When he recalls, he stabs his sword into the ground, leans on it, opens a small tablet/phone/laptop and says, "I should totally repost this" or says, "Hahaha! OP ain't never gonna know".
