[skin idea] Sakura Soraka

Here's a skin idea I thought of the other day: Sakura Soraka.

I say give her (or the divine version) a sakura-themed dress. Her Q and her Ult could have falling cherry blossoms. Her Heal would have a cherry blossom emblem under the target. Her E would be a gust of flying cherry blossoms (particle effect I think).

Of all the LOL champs, she seems the most focused on peacefulness and tranquility. So I think that would make her the right fit for a cheery blossom themed skin. Also her spells would work well with the idea of falling or flying cherry blossoms.
