Just a hunch. Both of them are skin-starved by time.

We may also need another Zed skin this year, as his only skin since release does not add new particles. Although knowing Riot he probably won't get one this year anyway.

I'm not sure what they can do with the bug. Sure he could use another, but what? Talon has more skins than some champs and he's pretty old so he might be on the VU first list.

I'm thinking Jinx will get one soon.

The next skins coming out are a new batch of the striker series and primetime Draven.
