"Vi got a male skin? What the heck, Riot?"

Debonair is not a skin "line" until more than one exists. Now, three exist-Jayce Ez and Vi. Obviously it's not a "male" skin line because Vi is in it. It's more obviously a piltover skin line. No, gentleman Cho doesn't count. Yes, if she were Gentleman Vi that would've been a bit odd.

A suit is not a gender specific article of clothing. There are suits and tuxedoes cut and made for women, which is what she's wearing. Notice the big, let out chest? The womens' slacks? It's like nobody's ever seen a female lawyer or politician.

Heartseeker makes no sense with Vi. The theme of the Heartseeker line isn't "girls", it's "Cupid bows". With the little heart shaped arrows? Vi doesn't have a bow. Heartseeker Varus would make more sense than Heartseeker Vi (Flowers are my gift TO YOU. If you'd like to dance with me, come closer)

If Taric is allowed to have a Froofy pink skin, and Graves is allowed to have a shirtless hunk of man skin, and every female character excluding Annie and Anivia is allowed to have a sexy stripper skin, Vi can have a "get it, she looks kinda like a lesbian!" Skin. If you need a skin to be attractive in a way that appeals to you, go ahead and pick up either of the other two Vi skins or use her base.

Vi and Ez were given skins over other champs because making a Vi or Ez skin is freaking easy. They have particles that don't require a particular "theme" (what's the trundle pillar and icy ground gonna turn into? What are all three of Yorick's ghouls gonna be?), they're people, so it's easy to just put a new set of clothes on them (I've got it! Skarner in a....sombrero!), they're popular (how much did the soccer Alistar sell dyou think?) and they have clear and obvious animations that you immediately know which champ you're fighting when you see them (Hmmm is that Luchador with a big red cape Talon, Vayne, Viktor or-oops I'm dead it was Talon)
