A VU would also be nice.
I kinda get a feeling rito doesnt like talon, since they always seem to sound resentful speaking about how strong he is. Probably way off, but...either way a new skin would be nice :-D
I think there are several, SEVERAL other champions who could use a new skin more: 
to name a few.
A vu would be nice but Talon isn't visual garbage unlike other champs.
They don't like talon. He's an assassin with a silence. There's very little counterplay to that. For more information, see Leblanc.
