A VU would also be nice.
I kinda get a feeling rito doesnt like talon, since they always seem to sound resentful speaking about how strong he is. Probably way off, but...either way a new skin would be nice :-D

A vu would be nice but Talon isn't visual garbage unlike other champs.

Edit: Maybe the effects already came out on 4.10 I don't know, I've yet to see a Leblanc since her silence removal.

However, whether they like a champ or not doesn't really affect the number of skins they get (see: urgot - bad champ, many skins, and Kha: good champ, no skins). That's based on a LOT of things, including, but not limited to:
