I take it since the finals are approaching, Riot will probably say "don't even think about it" in regards to the next Champion coming out before S4 finishes.

Imo they should release ahead of, and just disable him for worlds.

This is normally what is done. If a new patch or champion is released, even for the LCS season, players will be given time to prepare and practice on the new patch before it comes into Pro Play.

I wouldn't be surprised if a new champ came out before Worlds, but I'm expecting Playoffs/Worlds to be played on the current patch.
