I'm really glad that her future Visual Upgrade was recently brought up by reds again, and with her recent Q tweaks
I was just wondering if you think they'd make new Ability Icons for her too
or maybe even an updated voice over, for her entire base or just the possible new skin afterwards

This will never happen, the reason they didn't give her a visual rework along with her actual rework is because they planned on slowly nerfing her back to eve tier status over a period of months and knew as a result she would not need a graphic rework or new skins because everyone would be too busy playing lee sin.
