Then why does Nid still have hers? Why does she get to give 700+ heals with AS buff as a AP mid? If she goes bruiser the heal makes it almost impossible to lane trade since she harasses at distance with the extra AS and will always have more health.

Sorka nerfed since she heals in a solo lane and becomes a wall. Sona heal has been gutted repeatedly to the point it is not even effective currently. Nid? well we will just leave her heal alone. This was a huge mistake on Nid's rework. They should of taken this skill out or at least gutted it.

Thoughts? and yes the last buff to Nid was also a mistake. Riot did not give people time to figure out the new play style and she is now OP.

Riot doesn't say that heals are toxic.

Morello says that dedicated healers are toxic. Making healing effects powerful enough to make healing feel good as the centerpiece of a kit isn't possible without breaking the game.

If they took out all heals they"d have to replace about hmmm 10 ish abilities including some ults (Janna and Sorakas). Healing isnt that bad unless its a health reset (meaning that it automatically refills your health). The only way to do that is by building massive amounts of AP. Healing also falls off due to Grevious Wounds Ignite summoner 14 . Also some abilities reduce healing affects by a percentage.

Nidalees heal is quite annoying but to be honest, If you let Nidalee stay alive in fights then you have to deal with her healing. Like I stated before: Buy Morellonomicon item 3165 (for AP champions) or Averice Blade item 3093 (for AD champions), they both reduce healing effects greatly.

Her recent rework amplified her ability to be a bruiser and jungler. Her laning phase still is crap. That is her weak point. Shut her down then with someone who has a strong laning phase (such as: Zed Cassiopeia Annie Ahri Fizz etc, then Bye Bye Cougar.

Especially Fizz as he has a heal reduction as well.
