Don't believe it's working properly, just played a game as Braum + Twitch ADC vs. Midlane Tristana. Context:

Tristana uses jump, kills our JG Master Yi. Doesn't use jump again, its off CD due to reset. Sees me, jumps into me, but Twitch is there too. Just want to stress that she jumped, she used her W to jump INTO Twitch and I. We proc the Braum passive stun in less than a second. After stun wears off, she tries to JUMP away from us.

That's one bit. Secondly, if my eyesight does work properly: (Within the same game)

Trist jumps, kills Yasuo. Jump now reset, can use again. Trist jumps into someone else. Believe she fails to kill them. I don't think she procs the reset from a full E stack either. She then jumps after them and kills them.

Unless something's been changed, I don't believe this should happen.
