Unable to buy 20th rune page

Thrëat··2 votes·329 views

I have 19 rune pages and trying to get my 20th. Only option is to buy 2 additional rune pages and it says "OWNED" under it and when I click it I get the message "Max number of rune pages reached."

Yea, the max is supposed to be 20 but since there is only an option to buy 2 and I'm at 19 it won't let me buy my 20th page :-/ .
