Fiora Passive Bug

Found a bug rather frequently where more than one Vital will appear on a champ at the same time. Really annoying to have to diffrenciate between the real one and the phony. The phony stays in one position, and from what I can tell usually goes away after another Vital has popped up where the phony was.
