[CLIENT] Champ Select Bug. Cannot pick champ when it becomes my turn

The moment it becomes my turn to pick. This is the screen I get.

This screen makes it slightly difficult to lock in. Note: That 0 seconds was that way the entire time it was my turn to pick which was about 10 seconds long. I suspect there is a disconnect between the last person to pick and mine, and the client freaks out when it finds out I have 10 seconds left to pick but had been displaying that the last person was picking yet.
