I was in my promos for gold 3 last night but there was a bug in champ select that made me fail my series, I haven't been demoted; I just passed my promos from gold for to gold 3 but it now says I'm gold 4 with 0 LP...this is a little backwards? Can someone help? I'm really confused and a little dis-hearted right now...

edit
I just wanna know why i've just lost 100lp, I finished my series and didn't even get the emote at the end that says I've been promoted
Chaotic Sage1 votesIf you're on a computer, look at the top of any league page. Where you select BOARDS it also says COLLEGE MERCHANDISE SUPPORT. Select support and follow the instructions from there. Should hold true on a phone too, little harder though I think cause touch screen.
Black Pöwer1 votesthanks I've put one through, just a little sad imo
Chaotic Sage1 votesNP and I hear you, it sounds like a sucky position to be in. Hope it's resolved soon!
