Not sure if this is a bug or not...

I was in my promos for gold 3 last night but there was a bug in champ select that made me fail my series, I haven't been demoted; I just passed my promos from gold for to gold 3 but it now says I'm gold 4 with 0 LP...this is a little backwards? Can someone help? I'm really confused and a little dis-hearted right now...
