Quick Cast Not Working?

I didn't change my settings or anything, but I finished patching and went into a Custom game against bots with Trundle. I had the Traditional Trundle skin selected. I chose W - Frozen Domain as my first skill and pressed the W key as I was leaving base. Nothing happened. I pressed the key several more times. Nothing happened. I had to click the icon and move my cursor to the area in order to cast Frozen Domain. I brought up my settings, hit Quick Cast All (even though they were all already Quick Cast) and tried again. Nothing. I clicked the box below, I can't even remember what it says now but something about quick cast (it was above the box that says "Cast this spell when you press another spell"). Still didn't work.

I can't play League without Quick Cast, someone tell me what's going on.
