In last two games I have had the following experiences:

Fizz E'd while silenced Smite went on cooldown when I smited, but I didn't get the smite damage Jax stunned me from 4.5 teemos away Warwick ulted while feared

Should the servers be live right now? I don't want to play this game anymore.
