MagicFlyingLlama1 votesNot correct at all, i just witnessed about 5 or 6 dozen ziggs Qs with ziggs in brush or out of sight. They are definitely visible.
Sounds like bad internet problems, or a map-specific bug (where did this happen?)
Hethalean1 votesSummoner's Rift. Our base was being sieged. I was behind the wall, and he was on the other side. The only animation was the explosion after I died. As for internet problems, my ping is stable around 40 ms. I don't really experience packet loss, nor spikes in latency.
