[GAMEPLAY] Daybreak Icon Emote Stopped Working

According to the event page, which I have linked for convenience, the emotes are supposed to last until 7/11/17 23:59 PT.

##Q: How do I equip an emote from the event? ##A: You have to own and equip the icon that the emote comes with (i.e., Daybreak Icon or Nightfall Icon). These emotes temporarily replace your Mastery emotes (using Ctrl + 6) and last until 07/11/17 23:59 PT.

However, today my emote stopped working. (It was working yesterday.)

To reproduce:

1. Equip the Daybreak icon (or the Nightfall icon, I'm assuming that emote is turned off too).
2. Enter a match.
3. Press Ctrl+6.

Nothing should happen, or a mastery emote should appear if you have mastery on the Champion. This isn't how it should be, since the emotes should still be functional until 7/11/17 23:59 PT.
