Leaverbuster for server side issues, not my fault. Riot pls!?

So last night my client started messing up in game, and it forced me to close out of league all together, and i had to run the repair tool, and reinstall everything all together. i even posted a thread asking for assistance on it last night. and it had to have started as a server side error, because my client was fine until then and i hadn't downloaded anything. then upon attempting to enter a new game, the client had to "run repairs" (repairs it never told me it needed until AFTER the champion pick/ban/loading screen. my team ended up remaking, but i got a 5 game leaver buster, this is kinda jacked up, getting punished for something that isn't in my control at all, i didn't WANT to not load in.. it had nothing to do with my computer at all, it all has to do with whatever bug the server had with my client, and then the launcher not letting me know of additional issues.. I have a kid to watch and don't always have an extra 20 mins to wait in between games, and just wanna play the game i enjoy, but i'm being punished for things that are not in my control at all.. i would completely understand if you looked at the game and saw that i loaded in properly and just afked, or if i was loading properly and just closed out, but im sure you can check bug/report logs and even the forums to check for my post, and see that i'm telling the truth.. if i have to deal with this, then i guess there is nothing that can be done, but the leaverbuster system and punishments should be looked at, because players shouldn't be punished for things beyond their own control.

this isn't meant to be a flame post, i'm legitimately just concerned with these issues and would like them looked at, i love this game and love getting friends into it (i even got my fiance into it, she loves it now), but this is the very kind of issue that makes people leave the game..
