I don't think this should be happening. Doesn't seem so.
Infact my teammates have been abusing this message, always going to krugs whenever that message came up and sure enough 100% of the time there was the enemy jungler doing them, netting us free kills/warnings for laners.
I know it happens to me whenever I play elise, however as I stated, we took advantage against enemy yis, lees, khas, wukongs, etc etc. so unless inorder for the bug to trigger you have to have an elise in the game, I'm not sure. Could be how krugs spawn minis and elise's spiderling's code reacts.

I just went into a custom game to test killing the krugs (did both sides) to test if it would show the debug, but it did not.
