[CLIENT] Champion-select chat completely disabled and unusable

In Blind Pick, once per game when someone dodges on my very first lobby, the second one will always have a completely crashed and disabled champ select chat.

I cannot type anything. I mean I can, but if I hit enter to send, none of my teammates will see it and I cannot see any of their messages. I don't even see who entered the lobby in which order. It is COMPLETELY shut down for me.

It always happens on the 2nd lobby entry, means if I queue for a Blind Pick Normals, enter a champ select and someone dodges in that one, the next champ select so far has ALWAYS had this issue. The 3rd Champ select and onwards work normally.
