[Gameplay] Caitlyn headshots slowing her autos

This is on PBE, so it may just be that. But I noticed if you try to proc headshot she autos really slow for some reason. not easy to see in the vid but if you try it you can def feel and see it. https://clips.twitch.tv/BrainyHonestOwlNotLikeThis
