[Gameplay]- Normal Draft Bug

So, just a couple hours ago, I played two draft games with a 5 man premade. The odd thing was it allowed us to Queue with people who had placed the exact same role as their primary preference. Since it was a 5 man, there was no secondary choice. When we got into champ select, both individuals were classified as that same role (we had two mid laners). A similar situation occurred when people in my premade chose to use the "Fill" feature instead of choosing a role. This time, we got two top laners.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature and unfortunately, I do not have screen shots. I just thought I should report this just in case. It's not game breaking as everything else still functions fine and the individuals can easily just change roles as needed, but it should be fixed if it isn't working as intended.
