Unable to select a champion in champion select

I was just in champion select trying to pick Orianna. Everytime I went to click select it just made a sound but didn't do anything, and I ended up dodging because it would not let me select a champion.

After it wouldn't let me find another game or even initiate the dodge timer. The find game button did the exact same thing.
