Is reporting inconsistencies in the "skin collection" relevant ?

They are errors with no Impact and no Contagion that lead to no Tech Debt , but not technically "bug"

I have found over 110 inconsistencies , but because these are not bugs i have no idea if it's even relevant to report them.

The only reason i think it's relevant to fix some of these inconsistencies , is because it grants a "clearer vision" to buy skins.

If i want to do assemble a skin-themed team and buy/offer skins. It would be easier for me if skins relations were more obvious.
