Not getting a remake?

In my last game, http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2445817756/34437606?tab=overview, tf did not connect until about 6 minutes in (the item purchase details for him seem to be missing so I can't say exactly when). We did not receive a remake option. I know I died just after 2 minutes, but I thought that that didn't matter for remakes any more. Can we get a loss forgiven or something?
