PROJECT ZED feels very clunky?

Has anyone else felt this?

I mean I tried the skin out and compared to his base skin or Shockblade I feel like there's something a tad off about it. The AA's and E feel a little more clunky or less responsive.

Maybe this is because of the particles or does anyone else actually feel like the skin's a little different from it's counterparts?
