Patch notes EULA (or smth) has weird radio-like bullets

I noticed this a few patches ago but thought it was a one time typo or is not fixed due to client being outdated. In text where you have to "AGREE" which appears after patching there are few list-like bullets that look like html radio buttons). They are not clickable and don't look like they define a list. Just appear there on the left side in text.
