Poppy's Heroic Charge on a target in mid dash or blink

Poppy's Heroic Charge will either fail if the target dash or blink out of her range before she makes contact or teleport the target back to the original spot if the target stays within her range.

Heroic Charge failing when the target is out of range might be intentional, but its interaction with a target that displaces a large amount of distance before contact is similar to Darius's old Apprehend where he will pull a target even if the target escapes before the animation finish.

If a target moves before Poppy finish her spell, she should "chase" the target to the new location.

I disagree. She's a thick little Yordle with lots of muscle mass but lots of armor. She's no good at distance running - she can only do a short dash; then she's pooped. If they escape her range before she collides with them, they've escaped.
