Morgana Tribute W Bug

IDK if this is a bug or not due to the reworked Spellthief's Edge passive, but when casting Tormented Soil (W) it doesn't proc the tribute on each hit on enemy champions like it used to. It only works on the first hit and fourth hit against enemy champions. It hurts me when I play Morgana support because I am used to having a bit more gold income due to it

They changed it so you can't proc tribute multiple times off the same spell cast.

Cannot trigger Tribute more than every 1.25 seconds.
