My Entire team crashed out of Nowhere O_O

I don't know how to explain this. This was in Ranked Solo Queue and we all crashed out of nowhere & it showed the "A bug has occurred" sign. I don't know what to think of this, it's never happened to me before and it completely lost our ranked game for us. The only person on our team who didn't disconnect was a troll who banned one of my teammate's onetrick & ran it down mid. Could this have been some sort of hack, or genuinely a glitch?

If it is just a glitch, why did we disconnect only and not the enemy?
