Can you fix the Jayce fps issues?

Every time Jayce uses his ult to change stances there is a sort of fps "Stutter" even when he isn't on screen, he can even be in the fog of war and still cause this every time he presses R

I was playing against Jayce and every time he would go ranged I would freeze just long enough for him to nail me with an empowered Q.

Plus all the times the stutter causes me to be hit by other skillshots. Other people in my game said they also experiences the freezing thanks to his ult, so please do something about it.
