[Gameplay] Particles on the summoners rift are now super dark!

So all of the particles on the Summoners Rift have apparently become severely darkened overnight. The flames are blue, almost every ability is now a deep blue or a darker color than it should be (Sion's Q range indicator is black, Karthus Q is now a really deep blue, etc.) and I have not changed any settings on my computer.

It's not gamebreaking but it's really REALLY annoying.
