The cursor gets stuck in a target reticle about half the time. The result is you can no longer issue pings or click th eminimap for movement.
This doesn't seem to happen if you have it set to the new quick cast that doesn't show target reticles.
This x1000. I havent been playing because of this. Its completely game breaking and needs to be addressed before anything else. Yes even the login twice bug.

Yea, I played 
on free week recently and the reticle/cast range would sometimes stay even after I casted the second Q, I have played Fiora before and this never happened. It was quite irritating, nice to see i'm not the only one experiencing this.
this is such a stupid bug to look at while playing ANY MAGE EVER... it bothers me
Basically lost a game because I couldn't left click anything after this bug happens and I usually target people by pressing A and left click
