Talon bug- Getting stuck on nothing randomly while running

Well this happened last patch, have yet to play Talon in a SR game yet but I've gotten stuck on nothing while running. Once it was in the river when I was trying to run away after getting a kill. Talon got stuck on nothing and his character model sorta fidgeted like he's stuck. Then I died because the bug made it so they could catch up to me. Another time I was just in lane when I got stuck on nothing so I couldn't do anything. Not sure if this is Talon only or some other bug.
