Can't ban Zoe
Tried banning Zoe in champ select and she's not showing up. Other champs I don't own show up but Zoe does not.

If nobody on the enemy team owns Zoe, or any specific champ for that matter, it won't be available as a ban option. Likewise, any champions they do own will show up as ban options, even if you don't own the champion yourself.
I noticed Zoe still didn't show up for banning when the enemy team picked Zoe. :c
I'm having the same issue plus I can't select Zoe in any game mode even though I own her. This is the case since the lat patch.
Edit: Running a full repair solved the issue. Riot? Can you test your shit properly before releasing it? We're not your unpaid beta testers.
