serious bug with mouse cursor

During these 2-3 days i've been affected by a serious bug with the mouse cursor: while I was playing Twisted Fate the mouse cursor became the same of targeted abilities and I could not use the minimap or the ping function. This bug triggered when I pressed R or any active items like Zhonya, thus preventing me to click on the minimap and using my ult correctly... The bug also triggered while i was playing shyvana when I used the active of Botrk. I find this bug pretty annoying and it is a serious issue, since it prevents players to use the pings (and also makes champions like TF less enjoyable and clunky).

Did anyone notice it too?
