Was playing as Fizz and my E (playful/trickster) was stopped halfway by blitz's silence. Pretty sure that's not suppose to happen. Included video for visual evidence.

Blitz' E kicked you out of your E, then he immediately silenced you. I don't see a problem here. Yes, Blitz E can do that to your E.
