BUG: block needs to actually WORK

I block a jerk in postgame screen. He sends me a friend request. I disallow it, and exit game. he sends me another friend request. and a game invite. I go to game history, block him again. he sends me another friend request. I LOG OUT AND LOG IN AGAIN. He sends me ANOTHER friend request/ game invite

Cmon guys. how about you make block, actually WORK? block should be instant.
