Ingame tooltip and Mastery tree description of Windspeakers blessing is completely different

"Your heals and shields are 10% stronger. Additionally, heals and shields on allies increase your target's armor and magic resistance by 15% for 3 seconds." Is the mastery description but the ingame tooltip states that the healing and shielding works on allies only and excludes yourself so please update the description to make things less confusing.
