Got banned from queue for 6 minutes, co-op vs. ai.

Was going to join a co-op vs. ai game. When I accepted match, the client screen just went full black. Had to restart the client (since it obviously stopped loading). But is banned for 6 minutes.

I noticed that it jumped to 6 from 5. This worries me because every time I left a game while still in queue (which rarely happens, like maybe once a month), it was a factor out of my control.

I understand it still disrupts the game for the other 4 anonymous teammates, but I also don't want my punishment (or ban time per say) to increase for reasons beyond my control.

I don't know any particulars of your previous leaves, or this one, but it's impossible to have a system that can differentiate between you leaving on purpose (blocking your internet or closing the program, for example) and something you can't help (like a power outage or client crash). They simply have to be treated the same.

Queue dodge will never get you banned, the lock duration does increase if you do it often, but it should always go back down if you play games normally.
